Our normal business hours are:
Mondays -
9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Tuesdays - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Wednesdays - 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Thursdays - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Fridays - 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturdays - 9:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. (closed on July &
August)

What do I need to bring to my physical therapy appointment?
A:
1. Health insurance
card(s) (and Vehicle insurance card if involved in a motor
vehicle accident.)
2. Prescription from your physician (You may print our
Referral Form and bring to your Doctor to fill-out.)
3. Depending on the diagnosis, you may want to wear loose
fitting clothes or bring shorts, a t-shirt, and sneakers.
Q:
Do I need to see my
physician before I can receive physical therapy?
A:
Yes. We need a
referral / prescription from your primary care or specialty
physician prior to physical therapy treatments. (You may print
our Referral Form and bring to your Doctor to fill-out)
Q:
How long is each physical therapy appointment?
A:
Most appointments
will last 30 to 60 minutes.
Q:
How often do I
have to come to physical therapy?
A:
The frequency
depends mainly on your injury. In most cases 2 or 3 visits per
week is recommended. The physical therapist will be able to
tell you after you first appointment.

What insurance
policies do you accept?
A:
We accept most major
managed health care plans, and Medicare. Should you have any
questions regarding a specific plan, please call us for
further information.
Q:
Do I have co-pay
at the time of service?
A:
Depending on the
type of insurance you carry, usually co-pay is due at the time
of service. You can find out from your insurance company, or
you may call us and we will obtain that information for you.
Q:
I do not have
health insurance, how much do you charge for services?
A:
The amount varies
depending on the types of treatment given. We guarantee
comparatively lower rates than other physical therapy clinics
in the area. We also offer special monthly payment
arrangements.
